Interesting night last night.....So I was doing the kids laundry and as I was taking the first load out of the dryer I noticed something...All of their clothes were splotted red and pink!! Somehow, a little red crayon had gotten into the load! ALL OF THEIR CLOTHES! I was about to have a heart attack. Also the inside of my dryer is now stained red.....and of course I didn't discover this until about 11 at nite.
I ended up getting a lot of the stain out of the clothes though. I re-washed them twice in hot water with a detergent/Goo-Gone mixture and it worked! And the clothes smell citrusy lol All but 2 shirts are good as new now, so I'm not panicking anymore. Well, all of Haydens underwear and socks are pink, but I can just get more of those!! I still need to go to the store to get something to clean the dryer though. I tried a lot of remedies I found searching on the internet, but some didn't work and I need certain things to try others. I can't believe this. What luck! Just thought you all would get a laugh at my expense :P

Hiiiiiiii-Yaaaa!!!
Whew, super busy lately! Every weekend lately has been jammed with birthday parties from Hayden's school and Karate and all sorts of things! Hayden and Kade joined a karate class and they are really good at it! They are both really into it and are following the class directions well. They are learning new kicks and jabs, and self defense moves. The first class they both did well, unless they were next to each other haha When they are separated they are better since they are more tuned into the class.
I think this is going to be really good for Hayden and its something I want him to continue doing for as long as hes into it. He is learning not only karate moves, but respect, manners, to listen and take guidance and confidence. I know its only been a few classes, but I can tell its working. He is not as shy and he is more confident. At a restaurant he actually walked way over to tell the waiter we needed something, that is something he never would have done! He always hid and whispered. He is talking to people now when we go places and is way more outgoing. Its really good for him and I am so proud of him. He needed to come a little more out of his shell! Now Camille....she needs to go into her shell! I am going to have my hands full with her while she grows up. She is more of the dare devil roller coaster child :)
