Such a Big Girl!

I took Camille to her two year old check up today at the doctors :( She really doesn't like that place. She started whimpering when we pulled up in the parking lot. She was ok until the doctor came in. Right when the doctor opened the door, Camille said "Go!" She kept telling the doctor to go away! She got checked out and got a shot. All in all she did a really good job and got her sucker :) Oh and on her charts, she is in the 97th percentile on her height...big surprise huh? I have no clue why shes tall........... :)

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!

Well another birthday party has passed. Cami had her 2nd birthday this past weekend and she had so much fun! Her party was a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme. She is absolutely in love with that show. She was most excited about her Minnie Mouse party dress :) I couldn't get the dress off of her until hours after the party when it was time to go to bed, I had to trick her on that too. It was a lot of fun, I've posted some pictures below:

Happy Birthday!!!

Today is Camilles 2nd Birthday!! Yay! Her party isn't until Sunday though. I can't believe shes already 2, crazy! So that's the happy for the day...

...on the other hand...

....the bad for the day is that Hayden is sick as a dog :( He woke up this morning with a low grade fever so he stayed home from school. He took a long rest during the day and when he woke up he was talking crazy and telling me stories that he swears were true. Well he had a 104.0 temp and that made him act a little strange, poor boy. I cooled him off and got his temp down and called the doctor (since of course they are closed at 3:00 on Thursdays...so typical. Whenever my kids get sick they are closed or its the middle of the night) So I'm monitoring him right now. He is sleeping again for now. I hope he gets better or I'm going to have to take him to the kids ER place. Sweet boy :(

Family

Well, I've been somewhat busy lately! My mom and I took a trip up to Oklahoma to visit my Great Grandmother. She will be 101 in October!! She has had a hip replacement and might need an oxygen tank in her house for emergencies only, but still, at 101 that is pretty darn good! She is a wonderful person and is very loving. She had gotten down a box of old pictures and documents for me to scan, because I am building the family tree up. Her memory is so good, not like a lot of older people when their memory starts to slip. As I scanned the pictures she would tell me who it was and all about that person. She remembered every little detail about everything. I got some really good information and a ton of old pictures. You know whats really amazing, is that she was born in Oklahoma before it became a state lol She remembers the Indian tribes all around and the little log house they lived in! While I was there I also went and visited my dad's Mom's side of the family. I met some of them and we talked for a while. It was a fun trip and I'm happy I got to learn so much while I was there.

Also, on a side note. Some of you might remember the picture of the dining room table I had posted in the beginning that I wanted. Well, I want a different style one now, so I found a wood working guy who also restores antiques and he is custom building my table right now! It should be done in a couple days! I can't wait :) Camille is having her birthday party on Sunday, so a lot of you should get to see it!
